About the Class
What is the Class Structure?
Each class meets once a week. And runs on a monthly 4 week block. The price for the month is $100 and non refundable.
Classes will be held at Durango Gymnastics center in the Bodo Industrial Park.
All payments must be made prior to the start of class over the phone (970-375-7393) or at the Durango Gymnastics front desk.
There will be 2 Levels: Beginner/Intermediate, and Intermediate/Advanced.
Students must be aged 11 or older for either level. Classes will be capped at 6 students.
Levels Descriptions:
Beginner/Intermediate:
Approximate age range: 11 and up
Approximate skills:
Can do any type of flip on trampoline or into a foam pit
Intermediate/Advanced:
Approximate age range: 11 and up
Approximate skills:
Can land backflip, front flip, misty, cork OR rodeo, on a trampoline. Comfortable flipping with twists or can do any double.

Who is this class for?
This class is for athletes aged 11 and up who want to develop air awareness on the trampoline, whether to pursue freestyle trampoline as its own sport or to boost their skills in freestyle skiing, snowboarding, BMX, and more.
There is no upper range for skill level. We are comfortable coaching from seat drops to quads (however the facility may limit us past doubles).

About Henry
Henry Adams has been a lifelong participant and advocate for freestyle sports. His personal freestyle background has been centered around freestyle skiing, trampolining, cliff jumping and slacklining. Henry competed as a freestyle skier from the age of 8 - 15, began slalom racing in highschool, and then became a talented big mountain skier during college in Montana.
Henry was the Head Coach of New Zealands premier freestyle trampoline training facility where he honed his skills as an athlete and a coach. Henry has experience coaching athletes on everything from seat drops to quads.
Henry also has a background in more formal sport, being a Division 1 track and Field athlete for Montana State University as a 110 Meter Hurdler and Pole Vaulter. He also loves most endurance sports including: running, cycling, nordic skiing and swimming.
In addition to trampoline, Henry is also an elite level Highliner and Slackliner. Henry has highlined all across North America, New Zealand and China.
Henrys freestyle philosophy is one that blends discipline from more formal sports with the creativity found in freestyle sports. With an emphasis on safely pushing personal limits through calculated risk taking.
Henrys main profession is Head of Business Development for a Digital Marketing Agency. Besides marketing, and freestyle coaching, his past jobs have included Big Air Follow Cam Operator, Professional Commentator/Announcer, University Researcher, Event Organizer, Gold Mine Geologist, and Roofer.
